Safety Statement

The testing requirements for our industry are set and regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). In 2008 the CPSC instituted the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) in order to tighten controls on certain materials such as lead and phthalates used in Children's products. We have our products extensively tested in accordance with CPSIA requirements and applicable regulatory standards by CPSC accredited test labs to ensure compliance

We expect that children will put our products into their mouth and we go to great lengths to ensure compliance with all safety requirements. Our products meet the US and European regulations for lead and phthalates and are free of BPA and Latex. We can confidently say that our products are safe.
